Advice on “Last Action Rule”
I seek some advice on my situation from anyone who might went through such scenario. I have valid extension up to December 2013 and I-94 is valid until March 2013 only. I got extension approval while traveling and BEFORE getting current I-94. Is it advisable and safe to travel AFTER I-94 expiry and re-enter base on valid extension (and of course with valid visa stamping)? Please share your experience.

You should leave the US before your latest I-94 expires and return with new petition to get corresponding I-94. Is your H1 Visa valid?This is my opinion and not legal advice. -

No, not possible. Besides, staying beyond your current I-94 makes you illegal.This is my opinion and not legal advice.Comment
